Parts Guarantee
If your device needs new parts and we can fix it by fitting them, rest assured that we only fit new and genuine parts. Where possible, only parts with at least a 12-month warranty will be used. If you purchase the parts separately, we're also happy to fit them for you, too!
No Fix ? No Fee!
In the event that we're not able to fix your device or machine, we won't ask you for a penny - regardless of how long we've spent trying to diagnose the problem(s)!
Guarantee on Labour
Once repairs have been completed, you'll be covered by a three-month Labour Guarantee. Similarly, we also provide a Satisfaction Guarantee. So, if you're not happy with the service provided - you also won't owe us a penny!
Free Quotes
We offer FREE quotes for all repairs, device setups and similar - big or small. We'll be completely upfront about your machine's health, too. If it's not economical to repair, we'll tell you!

We offer Remote Support sessions, during which we’ll be able to – with your permission – gain access to your PC or Laptop and diagnose potential problems over the phone. Contact us for more information or click here to book your Remote Support session.
